The Goal

Frustrated with paying cover fees from pay-per-cover booking platforms, the owners of Bistro Volière wanted a way to fix the fee and privatize the diner data coming from online bookings made from Google and from their website.

The Result

TableCheck was able to personalize the online booking experience across all channels for a flat fee. This reduced their previous booking fees by over $500 AUD per month. Additionally, Bistro Volière now bills more revenue due to the increased table turns gained by TableCheck’s ability to show alternative seating times during the booking process.
